Edible Infused Floral Herb Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Add a very small amount of cold water into each ice cube mould.
  • Step 2 – Place the flower/herb inside each mould, making sure there are no air bubbles left behind.
  • Step 3 – Freeze for 20 minutes.

Notes

Tip: Fill the ice cube tray halfway with water, add in flowers or herbs, and then freeze. After frozen, cover them with more water and freeze again. Doing this in two steps prevents the flowers or herbs from floating to the top of the water before the ice cubes freeze.
